I've covered both blood red and Barney purple in two coats (without primer) using the $12/gallon (speed cote) paint at the depot.

To retrofit, you can use the purple wire nuts with some Nolox to add the copper pigtails at each outlet, or use Alumiconn connectors to add the copper pigtails.

They may love purple shag rug on the walls, but if they bail now you're stuck with purple shag on the walls.

My other charge was a tenant who decided it would be a good idea to paint the interior of a property a pea green and eggplant purple.

Paint the shutters a deep purple or eggplant color as Beth suggested.

If the one doing the marketing does not own the property that they are marketing they are marketing a property "for another" no matter what they choose to tell themselves.This is no more a misinterpretation than I am an astronaut or big purple cartoon dinosaur...All laws are open to interpretation in this country what do you think lawyers and judges do for us everyday...

Not to mention the entire interior of the house was painted periwinkle purple, but that's a whole 'nother story, lol

The agents I've worked with are usually very good at presenting great properties for couples that could fall in love with the neighborhood, the updated kitchen, or the unique purple siding, etc.
