Do they have a handyman that can change locks at turnover for $35 or do they call a locksmith for $99?

I called a locksmith and changed  the locks.

Knowing they would likely return at any minute, my friends and I boxed up all of his ****, put it in storage, and my locksmith changed the locks.

The PM explained the increase as their mistake of quoting the job for 2 doors not the actual 3.I called two different locksmiths in the area and they quoted $50 to come out and $10 a lock.I would love to know how everyone manages the manager when it comes to ensuring you’re not getting gouged on all the work the PM coordinates for you.Below is the rest of the work the PM recommends.

If you just need a lock installed, might as well ask a locksmith from yelp or thumbtack.

Or maybe you have a policy that you simply don't deal with lockouts and they need to call a locksmith?

Eventually I evicted them, but it cost me a lot in legal fees, sheriff's fees, locksmith, etc.

They offer very good customer service at a price point the local locksmiths can't approach.
