Coded keyless locks and leases

Hi-

We are starting a rooming house and I'm thinking the combo keyless locks would be way cheaper to change the code between tenants than to re key constantly. Those who have used them, complaints?  Brand/company of them you love?

Also, I'm interested in what leases differences have you added to your rental agreement (if any)  from a typical sf lease?

And, any general rooming house tips?  I'm all ears!

Best,

Nancy -southern oregon

if youo want something permanent like that, why not go with the commercial style electronic locks?  everything that i want to last for a long time and see abuse, i go after commercial grade first. kind of like the sink drains. i noticed all commercial baths have grid drains instead of stupid pop ups and i have nothing but grid drains. i have never, ever been called for a clogged drain (except laundry tub)
