I do have the “perfection syndrome “ and scared to make a mistake. 

She’s not sold onto the idea, she has the shiny object syndrome and wants the nice single family house with a picket fence.

However, try to keep on blinders when it comes to shiny object syndrome.

I'll tell you one thing 99% of agents don't do that they should... following up with a past customer and keeping in contact.aka The Refrigerator Magnet syndrome :)

I think as someone who's new to real estate the shiny object syndrome is real and contributes to analysis paralysis.

Shiny object syndrome holds back a lot of people!

It's the guru-selling-the-newbie-syndrome.

I had "new shiny toy" syndrome...was listening to different podcasts and then would get excited about flipping or multifamily or etc.

Sure it would be cool, but they would go unused since they wouldn't have a high degree of functionality and would have a "black box syndrome" that hides implicit and systemic assumptions that may not hold true in every case.
