Thank you @Tyler Gibson for the recommendation, I’m new to this and spent over 50 hours this week to find the “perfect” place to invest and for the ultimate property. I do have the “perfection syndrome “ and scared to make a mistake. 
I definitely would love to connect @Alice Horn to get some link of which development it’s worth to invest. 
@Valentina Naumenko for the tips  and what to look for.
