if no license is required to bring buyers and sellers together then there would be no real estate industry and all no department of real estate in each state etc etc.. be just like China they have no rules anyone can do anything.Kind of like student pilots who never actually get their license but continue to fly for years and years totally illegally.. or doctors that practice without proper license or no license at all.. etc etc.. its the law that's why many brokers like myself protect our industry..

The one thing that I will say having managed properties in other countries (China and Russia) is that you need to have a firm grip on the culture and the culture surrounding rental properties, land ownership, law enforcement, court systems, etc.
