I want to do more then that hence why I am attacking this.

The plan that I have worked out for financing, etc requires me to leave my current position and start this RE venture full time, so there is some hesitation, but I think with my heavily researched plan of attack, I am becoming more comfortable and excited about the idea.

For those who are planning out their marketing attack for 2016 right now, how much of your net worth do you allocate for marketing for any given year, month, quarter, whatever.  

What plan of attack do you have in place to achieve this?

It will be interesting to watch it unfold and to see how a newer investor attacks the rehab and rental process!  

I am attending my first REI meeting next week and hoping to meet people there, but I would like some opinion on what I should do and how I should attack this. 

Most attacks are shot down by summary judgement.
