I like wrought iron and rustic furniture myself, so I probably wouldn't like the modern furniture you would most likely be putting in your pre-decorated houses.

It really just depends, and a HOA that's great now can quickly change when "Nosey Nancy" down the street gets elected to head the association and decides to rule with an iron fist.Google "HOA Nightmare" if you haven't and would like a laugh.

There was a water line in the garage with a faucet, and i had no idea where the shut off was, It broke while i was at the home show in philly as i was promoting products that detect this kind of problem(ironic i know)..I got the alert on my phone..contacted my wife..she headed back to the house and sure enough..it was spewing out in the garage.

You could have a buy out clause say in year 5,10 if needed but have that ironed out upfront.Cash flow all the way.
