I know what I WANT to do (buy, hold, and rent) but putting it into a format that is presentable, while addressing what I want to accomplist has me a bit stymied.Is there any examples floating around that aren't a fill in the blanks software program?

I'm not saying you should be a <fill in the blank with your most critical adjective for a REI here> REI, and that REI is the exact opposite of what you want it to be...not at all.
