Hi Jamie,I am biased towards Sarasota because I live here and it's an amazing place to live but you may prefer other locations for your own home but as far as BRRRR-ing traditional rentals Tampa and Sarasota/Bradenton are better than Naples - depending on your budget, Naples is very expensive - can't speak for Scottsdale as I don't know the market..
