Do they smell of cigarettes/weed, diesel fuel, body odor?

I need a mentor if there is any body that has the time. 

They are not immune to economics and follow the supply and demand model.

The only conclusion I have is, the apartment is a dump and they have a really hard time getting a body to live in it, which equals a lousy landlord and thus the headaches that they encounter, vacancies, calls from tenants complaining, calls from lawyers wanting to sue them etc.  

Good times That sounds like it could have been a scene straight out of Dexter.Hope it wasn't a body in the freezer.

I plan on mining this body of knowledge however I can.   

My current employer purchases narrow body aircraft and leases them to airlines throughout the world so many of the economic principles (prudent asset/liability management, active asset management and conservative cash flow management) and analytical metrics (margin/spread analysis, IRR, ROA, etc) translate well to the real estate industry.I’ve been reading books/blogs and listening to podcasts and 2 things have become evident to me: 1 – the more I learn the more I see how little I know and,2 – there is a myriad of ways to find, finance and exit a property.

It's not simple as just filing a complaint in the magistrate court due to the fact that all federal agencies enjoy what we call "sovereign immunity." 

Come on man.............somebody or bodies are not being truthful.
