Yes, indeed this is happening and I agree with Account Closed inferred is that they really are are just "visitors" and we have no real relationship with them as the OTA's would like us to believe. 

This could change quickly if the rules are already against STR'S in the area.there are counties in WA that still have no Zoning and as such no STR rules and regs  now if they will attract visitors thats the question.

I have the knowledge & experience, but I feel like I'm screaming from the rooftop to find a partner to bring capital.
