It's certainly working for them.The one thing I will say is that its a platform that will be incredibly good for your company if you have an Enterprise wide company, with multiple clients, multiple branches, even multiple Countries.The downfall is that while you can use Salesforce out of the box, it will take quite a bit of time to become an expert and to customize it to your business.
