Does anyone use Salesforce.com as their CRM?

we're a real estate investment company... looking into Salesforce.com as our CRM. I'd like feedback from anyone using it on successes and more so, any downfalls to using it. Your feedback is greatly appreciated!

Hi @Barbra B. and welcome to BiggerPockets!

Yes, we've been using Salesforce.com as our company CRM for over a decade, and we're very pleased with it.

Our previous platform provider had gone out of business, leaving us stranded.

Our reason for choosing Salesforce back then is just as relevant today: We wanted to build on a platform that had staying power and a large ecosystem of users, developers, and service providers backing it.
