We were ready to start doing normal house deals and the game plan we came up with (with the help of a friend/mentor) is basically the game plan Lifestyles Unlimited teaches you.Free podcast here: http://www.lifestylesunlimited.com/category/radio_...So you won't know how to do all the fancy stuff and breath of stuff you will know how to do if you do invest in something like Legacy Education, but I think this program will get you to have skin in the game in a really do-able fashion.

@Brendan Novisky I maintain my broker's license mainly for the same purpose as what you intend to do with yours, as well as for agents like me to have a place to hang their own license - I operate in a similar fashion as the ones mentioned by @John Horner.

We also use Cozy to collect payments, which is easy for both parties, as it’s linked to both our bank accounts (tenant and landlord).I could have even used Cozy to collect the security deposit, but I used a old-fashioned check for that, since I wanted to deposit those funds into a completely separate account, and I couldn’t figure out how to do that through the Cozy setup.

Ironically, as an eXp agent "Disparaging or speaking negatively about the competition or any other agent outside of eXp Realty in any form or fashion" is prohibited and ground for removal or severance from eXp.
