@Derek Brine I grew up in a town adjacent to Nashua and I work in Nashua.

Plans to were announced last month to invest $2B into the cities airport in anticipation of the population/business travel growth.

Our mortgage for this property is $1500 on a 30-year plan, and we're considering renting it out (adjacent rentals range from $2500 to $3500).

With respect to marketing to people browsing in the airport or book store, who aren't already into investing, it may not grab their attention. 

Chamber commerce, Economic development boards, Airport authorities, Dock authorities, Social fundraisers, get involved.  

Being near a lot of major airports having one where you want is not as crazy as it seems. 

I would be somewhat skeptical about the area since the main draw now is only the airport. usually the neighborhoods closer to 580 are better than 880My closest partners have all bought and rented properties in the east Oakland with no issues.

Any rural properties that are within 20 minutes of the airport and/or downtown Portland or Vancouver are very attractive and strategic properties to pick up. 

@Christian Sidaros- thanks   1) if listed - consult with the  listing agent  either direcetly or thru your agent for  options  2) consult with a local  title compnay to see if they can  issue property  title ins  3)  definitely consult with a  local real estate  attorney   4) is the  owner of the  adjacent  home  willing to work out a  solution  5) when was the last  time the property sold ?
