Looking for advice in Nashua, NH
Hi BP community,
I’m an investor in Boston and am looking to expand into Nashua, NH. I’m wondering if there is anyone who has experience in that market and could name a few of their key lessons learned.
Thanks in advance!

I live there. You will find plenty of opportunities in Nashua in the Tree Streets area, but that is also the worst part of town. Stay south of Lake St and you are ok. Personally, I would never own rentals in that neighborhood, but I'm lazy. Crown Hill is fine, French Hill is improving but still rough. The tenant base is why I moved my focus to Milford, about 20 minutes northwest.
There is a meetup in Nashua call NH RE Investors Mastermind that you can find on Meetup. You might consider attending. Some of the attendees are active in Nashua.
