We've saved up with the intention to invest in a property. Specifically, we own a seven-year-old home in East Nashville that has experienced significant growth. Our mortgage for this property is $1500 on a 30-year plan, and we're considering renting it out (adjacent rentals range from $2500 to $3500). This rental income could enhance our savings for future investments. We're looking for advice on how to pinpoint the best next property for purchase and how to initiate this process. We are also paranoid about what if we go on a vacation and unable to answer any phone calls or cannot pick up the phone. Can we rely on a temporary person of such thing as a short term property manager or company to do this? That is why we have not started over the years but seen a lot of videos on Bigger podcast that motivated us
