Hi this Phillip and thanks for this web site. I have picked up a lot of valuable info
We've saved up with the intention to invest in a property. Specifically, we own a seven-year-old home in East Nashville that has experienced significant growth. Our mortgage for this property is $1500 on a 30-year plan, and we're considering renting it out (adjacent rentals range from $2500 to $3500). We are also paranoid about what if we go on a vacation and unable to answer any phone calls or cannot pick up the phone.
