They pay $1000+ for a place, and they are happy to pay it.You have to understand Dearborn Heights(New Rochelle), and the Pointes(similiar to Rye or Scarsdale) to place them similar to NY suburbs(I travel extensively for work) which are nice areas aren't far down I-94, nice schools, parks, extremely safe, lots of amenities.

Hey Tony I am in a similar situation,I'm currently a senior at university and got my RE license 3 months ago.

@Tony GuarinoHello Tony, I have the same background and was able to start a side hustle that become my full-time hustle. 

@Tony Capra I've heard people have success sending a professional postcard or just slapping a post it note on their door so there's not really a standardized form letter to do it, just what works for you.
