Letter for off-market properties

Tony Capra
Posted

Hello, there are a few duplexes in the area that are not for sale.  Is there a form letter that I could use to reach out, in an attempt to buy?

Thank you!

@Tony Capra I've heard people have success sending a professional postcard or just slapping a post it note on their door so there's not really a standardized form letter to do it, just what works for you. If you do want an idea of what to say there's some examples online and videos on Driving for Dollars. If it's a duplex it's very possible the owner doesn't live there so you'll have to find out how to get in contact with them.
