I use hand addressed letters and have noticed people respond/react to those a lot more than standard letters.

I know for a fact most people who don't know English as their first language are more comfortable doing business with people/businesses who cater to their native tongue.

You are reacting to your aversion to rejection by people who are not going to make you money anyway.

My thought is that different people will react different to the 2 letters.

Hi,As a native Spanish speaker my self and a Customer Service Rep with some experience doing bilingual Customer Service I believe that this VM is perfect regarding the English part, but is poor on the Spanish side.

I still tend to believe that the market is controlled by what Buyers will ultimately will pay for a product rather than a false market (yes, i do agree that there are forces outside of the market that can create havoc on the market like easy access to loans by people who should not getting them*) But this only changes the rules to the game that we must all react to.When the $$ was there (via loans) and Buyers were out in droves, market is going to shoot up.

And, how the banks have reacted during the past couple years in short sales, this aspect as been new for everyone, the regs and the strategies.

When someone doesn't understand Chemistry or Physics or Geometry, we can blame the school system.But, when someone chooses not to master the ability to read, write and speak their native language, that's pure laziness on the part of that person.
