I’ve heard of a few pro-tenant judges and have never heard of any pro-landlord judges, so I’d say once you get to court there might be a further bias in favor of tenants but I’m not an attorney so that’s just anecdotal from my experience and what I’ve heard.

Before buying a deal you should have rent comps, sales comps, tax comps, and expense compsOr confirmation bias, they either pick out comps that support their investment or they look at all of the comps and believe that their deal is better because it is their deal

Really I am biased since KC is my hometown but overall I feel it is the best choice.
