I do pre-employment (or pre-access) drug screens for a local refinery. 

Add another 2-3 months for those.But I do the pre access drug screens for the refinery, that's how I get my renters.

@Anna Watkins , the problem with keeping the same people in Pittsburgh - which they're working hard on right now - is that those same people were part of the decline, by not acting or standing up to drug dealers or pimps or gangs, until they're in control of the neighborhood. 

If you are looking for $4K/month after only a year, you would have to start a gang or sell drugs to hit those numbers....better yet, become a politician...you definitely won't go to jail for that.I would settle for less cash flow and keep some money to the side to run some online businesses.

Here, we have more police calls in certain areas but actual crimes, from drugs to murder and domestic violence have been in every area, especially drug busts.

By far the highest percentage of people arrested involve drugs and alcohol.
