David's book is what spurred us to network network network which has helped immensely in finding the right people for the right job through word of mouth, not to mention the knowledge acquired from the folks that we have crossed paths with.

., etc.If you do everything right, according to the law, and they don't do the above, you can deduct all of those costs from their deposit, and you'll win in court.This book is cheap and invaluable.

The NOLO book is my favorite, full of practical advice and it has the laws for every state, as well as some sample forms that can be customized.

Oh, and this is the book I used as my bible for nearly 10 years.
