Similar theme being, if the people can't figure out simple economics, the government will need to protect us from endangering ourselves.

I see there are tues and Wed meet ups in the Louisville area, but my travel schedule makes it fairly difficult to make early week meetings.

A vacated deal might be better than a "shotgun wedding", y'know?

We have a good steady pace of traffic at our STR houses here, lots of conventions, weddings, family gatherings, and also a steady pace of business travelers during the week. 

Beach and maritime themed decorations if near the ocean, moutainy stuff in the mountains, spurs and horse shoes in the southwest/desert, etc.

The other thing you have to consider is premium themes can start to get $$$. 

I'll be flying into Raleigh next week with a client on Tues/Weds.

There are a ton of great responses on here from a lot of market place veterans and I think the theme is the same.
