Raleigh, NC Multi Unit Properties

Need a residential and commercial (multifamily) broker. I'll be flying into Raleigh next week with a client on Tues/Weds. We're in need of a strong residential broker as well as commercial. Long story short is he landed a large pharmaceutical client and he'll be flying his consultants to live out there most of the time. Rather than pay their rent, he'd prefer they live in a property he/his company owns. Multi Family properties seem smaller and harder to come by. We made 2 prior trips but were newer to both the investment side and understanding Raleigh in general.

Perhaps you can help or point me in the right direction. Looking for enough properties to house 14-20 people. If there was one property that made sense that would be idea. If not, then multiple properties in the same area would be nice.
He'd like if it the properties were in a good area where theres some sort of nearby activity for his employees to go out and enjoy/take advantage i.e. nightlife etc. We understand price would go up. The NC State area was attractive but we saw limited multifamily units. Another idea was multiple single family homes all near each other. We have a few million to spend.  Their clients site will be 2512 S Tricenter Blvd Durham, NC so we don't want it too far of a commute either.
