Hello I'm new to BP and new to real estate investing period. If anyone could recommend any agents, I'm in the process of putting together my team so any references would help. I'm looking to purchase my first buy and flip in the next 5 weeks.

@Eric Cruzwelcome to BP.  I assume you are not mad but meant MD.

There are many investor friendly agents from the area here on BP.  @Anil Samuel@Nancy Roth@ROB GRIFFIN@christina ramirez @Russell Brazil and others I apologize for missing.

One place to find both investor friendly agents and deals is local investor clubs. There are many in the area and my favorite is the BWI Meetup. lots of people form BP show up there.  Member @Gabriel G.runs a meetup group in Glen Burnie. I believe it is called the Anne Arundel investors meetup. (Google should find both groups and others)

Don't be a motivated buyer. Wait for the right deal. It is more important to get a good deal than it is to meet some arbitrary goal.
