I listened to the entirety of that podcast as well.Now, I have stumbled across a great podcast known as the BiggerPockets Podcast.

I am looking for a new insurance provider and stumbled upon RealProtect, a division of Norton insurance, and the rates/coverage is pretty darn good!

I stumbled upon wholesaling one day while I was on BP and I was fascinated.

This is one example of many that I'm sure landlords everywhere have stumbled across, so I'm curious...How have you landlords out there established a good balance between running your real estate business like a business, but still focusing on the service aspect of the business? 

That seems to be my current stumbling block since it all seems a little overwhelming.

It is only through biggerpockets that I get to meet the people local to the markets I am interested in and would find it hard to continue if i had not stumbled across this valuable resource.
