I would also say the cell phone cameras like arlo have a delay.

A class will teach you basic skills of how to use excel, how to create and input formulas that can carry over throughout cells and sheets, how to create pivot tables and sensitivity analyses, so you don't have to manually redo your work time and time again.

If you're in a facility where you don't have regular cell phone access can be ameliorated with Google Voice.If you're just getting into real estate I wouldn't recommend it.

You don't need a professional filming you, it can be as simple as filming yourself with your cell phone.
