We did send out a letter outlining our policy that they would have toprove several things before they could be late on rent.1) Reduced Hours,or layoff due to virus.2) They haveapplied for the applicable state aid.3) They havenegotiated for reduced or delayed utility payments.4) Then and only then they wouldbe eligible to work out a payment schedule on rent, that includes apayment plan to catch up when the crisis is over.Our goal was to geta heads up on when folks are getting into trouble.
