And turnkey homes are not in my interest right now unless i can stumble across one that I feel can bring enough return on a quick turnaround.

Since I am new and learning this site and reading everything I can get my eyes on, stumbled into this post.

They stumble around making all kinds of mistakes as they are looking for guidance or training to help them along their path to wealth.

The site is definitely a great resource, I wouldn't be the investor I am today without stumbling across BP!

When you stumble onto them the payday is almost assured.Don't follow the mainstream, do what others aren't and steal the show from backstage.

Then click on someone who you know has a current profile.That is more or less the sequence when I stumbled upon it.If I find another person without a profile I will try clicking on your profile immediately after.Oh, I am only starting to look around but I do like the new direction.
