If I mail this list again I'm going to go with postcards for a couple rounds. 

Then went through gobigprinting.com for the post cards which I had a good call back return.

Greetings, I'm looking for recommendations for direct mailing service company for my next batch of "we buy houses" postcards

That was a waste of 800 post cards plus some angry dude in Texas. 

The edits came as I moved along.I would focus on the basic skills you'll need to make your cold calls, read a few yellow letter/postcard templates and come up with your own... then get started. 

Any feedback from wholesalers, what is more effective marketing strategy sending postcards or letters?

Then we were told a story about a realtor who hired a company for direct mail, one of the people who received hos postcard contacted the DOS and he was fined $1,800 for sending it to a house that was on the no soliciting list.

So we are looking into direct mail with a company called postcard mania they said they can contact out of state home owners and 51% equity in houses and inherited houses and such they would do it all around my area for 5 months once a month post cards.

Hands down the postcards you should consider are they following and in order1. small text postcard pink2.

I'm farming a specific area and decided it was in this case worth the extra money for letters rather than a post card.
