Direct Mail Marketing - Design Ideas For Post Card

Hi Guys,

My name is Derek Williams and I have been a real estate investor in the Dallas, TX market for 3 years now.  I am looking to develop a marketing system to help source more deals for my rehab/flip & rental business.

I have gotten quotes from several printers to print either 4x6 or 6x9 post cards for my initial campaign.  I was looking for some guidance and examples of post cards that have been successful.  I am designing my first one and a template would be helpful to work from.  Any feedback is appreciated.  Looking forward to learning from y'all.

Your friend,

Derek
