Knowledge and attitude will help overcome anyone that is concerned with your age.

I know I will be able to overcome this mindset and succeed.

Just to clarify though, you can always overcome the negative point i made about from  investment standpoint by renting out your extra bedrooms, if you don't mind living with someone else!

I have already overcome my fear of talking to homeowners when I first tried to start wholesaling.

The rationale being that it's easier to overcome cost mistakes.

@Ken BreezeI think another key to successful investing is persistence...... its not always going to be smooth sailing, and you need to be able to overcome this and push forward.Finding rising markets, no one has a crystal ball, however many may jump in prior to the market actually rising, this is higher risk.
