How's it going BP member!

My name is Javier, but you can call me Javi. I am brand new to real estate and i'm very excited to start my journey in this amazing industry. My main goal with real estate is to become financially independent and use the capital that I have earned to fund many ideas/projects that I have in mind and to be able to give back and enjoy this one life that we are given to the fullest! 

Being new to real estate I have to learn the business and strategies to begin my career as an investor. Since I have very little money, from what I have read so far about beginners in real estate investing, I want to focus on wholesaling. Learn it, practice it, and master it, then move on to other aspects of real estate and do the same thing. 

I have noticed from myself that I am a hands-on person and that's the best way I learn. I also admit that I have fears and doubts in myself in actually doing and succeeding in real estate and that is the main reason I have joined BiggerPockets. I want to learn as much as I can, but I am also in the search for a mentor(s) that can guide me mainly in the beginning, but also throughout my journey. I know that what I need is to close one deal and validate to myself that it is possible and from there the sky's the limit! I know I will be able to overcome this mindset and succeed. I have a burning desire to do whatever I have to do in order to succeed and live the life I want.

I am very excited to talk to the BP community and just start living life and become an investor!
