@Casey Crotty I believe the last extension of the governor’s eviction moratorium specifically allowed evictions for cases where the tenant is committing waste (harming the dwelling, no pun).

As long as you're tenant is paying rent, the only "harm" is that your tenant is doing it behind your back.

now granted you have income to off set.. but the lender will usually discount that income and valuations to the point that it does not do you any good it can harm you when your looking for Development loans which are about as tough as they come to get..
