Need recommendations for a Property Management Company for an 80 unit apartment complex in Orange TX - 80 miles East of Houston Texas near the Louisiana border.  We are just starting the process and still have our due diligence in front of us. Orange is a sort of small city, 80,000 MSA, so we wanted to get in front of finding a good company. Thanks in advance.
