just remember ... numbers don't lie  and like Greg said "for the right price" but if its that high in meth, then you want to buy it so low in price that you can do a "total" rehab on property... got to be worth its weight in gold just remember investing is a turtle race.. take your time and buy right and buy smart

This way when you quit, your DTI wouldn't have been affected enough to disqualify you.You might be able to get a commercial loan since those are weighted more towards your Rental income.

Overall I like the new design - it's clean and I find it easy to read, but I'm on a Mac, which generally renders typography better than other computers.I can see how the 'add your comment' bubble could encourage people to post without fully reading first, but I love how the text entry box follows you when you scroll back up to refer to what someone else said.In the end, the dust will settle and everything will be fine, but maybe bump that type back up a weight :)
