I would like to just add a few things for the FWIW files.Having been around this industry all my life I have seen most of the coachs and Know many personallyDave Del Dotto owns some really cool winery  in Napa and one happens to be across the street from my house ( I have since sold and moved) So I have shared a glass or two with him over the years as he regaled me in the start up phase of teaching real estate on TV etc etc.I have funded deals for most every trainers students as I fund in about 20 some states..

You could go over to youtube and pop onto Holton Wise tv @James Wise Has a ton of videos over there about this business and business practices That might educate you and your home schoolers about real estate landlording and speculating.

Don't just knee jerk because they found a pretty girl to put up on the TV.   

I watched one of the tv shows where they made them, can't remember which one.

Move into a smaller house, cancel your cable TV subscription, cut back on cell phone plan.

A court order, law enforcement of all types (yes you saw on TV how a dude gets his "police" friend to type in their search on anyone), tax people, mine government... then all the hackers who are already in these systems can ransomware or just post it on the internet.

This whole deal reminds me of one of my local (Las Vegas) ambulance chasers, flooding TV and radio and any other medium looking for naivety in people to take advantage of.
