I don't react well to scare tactics it honestly makes me give push back.I won't lie I learned skmey great info in the 3 day course but it was only about 20% of the 3 days worth learning.. the rest was a pitch or success stories/personal experiences

The IRA LLC would be beneficial to an investor making several such notes, or directly owning real estate and therefore in a situation where they may need to react to opportunity more quickly than a custodian can, or where they would have enough transaction activity that custodial transaction fees would start adding up.There are about 2-3 dozen reputable self-directed IRA custodians out there.
