Hello BP community!

I'm Zhenya but my friends call me Z; even though in my native language, my name does not start with Z, lol. 

I have been couple of months now on BP, so finally decided to register and participate, instead of just reading and listening to podcast, which are invaluable if I may say, so a shout-out to @Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon Turner for the amazing work they do each and every day.

I love real estate investing; I just wish I had found BP back in 2010 when me and my husband first became landlords. It would have made such a big difference in our lives.

I am looking to learn more about creative financing, rehabbing, and wholesaling and most importantly networking and building relationships with other RE professionals.

By the way, I can't wait for the Central CT Meet Up on September 16 This will be my first one, and I'm looking forward to meeting other local RE investors.
