In the Jacksonville area the prices for real estate are so low, most cars are worth more than properties there.

Jacksonville surrounding burbs is one of the largest vacant land areas in the country....Do you see a growing potential to buy affordable land and put an affordable mobile home or a 19k amazon catalog home :) and make the numbers work for cash flow rental?
