I just bought to vacant warehouse totaling 70k square feet for $3.65 per foot.

Mostly office, warehouse or retail.

That job description could go into corporate security devising security procedures for employees in a warehouse, auditing invoices, shipping manifests, inventory audits and setting in place audit trails to manage inventories as loss mitigation activities.

And I don't want to apply to a bunch of places and have them drop my credit score by inquiring too many times.I'm perfectly comfortable putting the townhouse up as collateral as well as the warehouse (the one owned in my personal name) too.

@Kelly Conrad Is it possible that you could just rent a heated warehouse for a week or however long it would take for you to do?

I have a tenant that is complaining that there is a 5 degree temperature difference from the bedroom and the living room.

So after 8 days of 100 degree plus temperature I called my preferred vender,  He went out and found out that the original tech that went to work on the heat in december had wired it incorrectly and when the tenants turned the  A/C side of the heat pump on the power shorted to grown and blew the fan motor.
