[Where to find commercial painting for carpenters

So this is likely just going to be relevant for Twin Cities, MN based contractors, but any ideas help. Husband has a customer who wants a very large order of trim to be painted and installed by him. The problem is that because it is such a large job, we don’t have the space in our home to paint and store it. Our garage also isn’t heated so it cannot be in there either.

My question is, where can I look to find a business that can receive material like that to be painted for commercial purposes? It doesn’t have to be delivered by that company, we just need help finding a place that has a large enough space and can paint the material only.

All ideas, search terms, and advice are greatly appreciated.

I know this may not be what you’re looking for but you’d be amazed how many pieces of trim these drying racks can hold. We typically we can do an entire house worth of trim in just a few days, in the garage, with a propane heater with these drying racks.  We just drape plastic around the walls and half the garage to make a spray booth and dry on the other half.  After a day or so, stack it and repeat the process.
