I wouldn't touch it with a mile-long pole, never mind 10 feet, and I live in NH.  

So keep the negative energy coming i find that it fuels my desire to grow even more.

Low fuel prices have masked some other increases.

Now we’re lumped in there with the poor guy that wants to buy a new stripper pole.

We would all love to get back at those crappy tenants but something like this could just be throwing fuel on the fire.

Im getting a good open rate Im guessing but with so many people doing this in my area, I guess the owners are finding it a waste of time to even call, which is probably fueled by the other complaint I got  which was no investors or brokers, Im a rehabber so I can pay more than a wholesaler but the wholesalers are hammering people with low offers.

I'm a welder by trade so I built a 4 inch deposit  pole it's buried about 3 feet in the ground so they can't steal it they insert the money thru a hole in pipe and above ground level I made a section of pipe that comes out with a stain less steel  security  lock on back side  pretty much any box with lock would work  attached  to property just make  sure they don't put cash  or it might just disapear

The cash flow allows you to maintain and fuel your acquisitions but time in the market is what make passive wealth.As far as finding reputable and trustworthy Turnkey companies check out some reviews, but ultimately talk to them, get references, and ask them questions about management, acquisition, and turnover. 

Especially with Intel coming to Columbus as well as Hyperion, which is a company that makes hydrogen fuel cells.
