As a Florida based Direct Lender deploying millions monthly, most of our funded transactions and acquisitions are from off market opportunities.  

If you want a cheaper and easier system to deploy then I would look at Sams club and Costco.

That would have brought on the lengthy deployments again. 

Deploy that money to make you money on a monthly basis while your tenants also pay down the small remaining mortgages, and then have them owned free and clear in 10 years.

We live off right now $2500 because I downsized while my husband is deployed.

So what would be wrong with CASHOUT refinancing if the property would still cash flow 300$ a month and I deployed the cash into another primary (looking for property’s under market value, in hope of being able to repeat process again every 1-2 years with forced and natural appreciation?
