Hi Brett, what areas of the Tri-Cities are you looking to concentrate on for your flips?  

Outside of Philly I'm concentrated in Bucks County, but also some areas of Montco & Delco.

I do not have a specific area in Miami that I am concentrating on now, more focused on trying to find a good deal.

These are all things you'll want to answer before you dive in so you can concentrate on being the expert at one thing. 

You'll find the greatest concentration of willing lenders, large and small at some of the local real estate clubs.

Tenants concentrate when looking for a place on just how much is the monthly rent so passing this cost on they don't notice it and assume all utilities paid by them is normal which it should be.

I am currently a Finance major with a concentration on Investment Banking.

Yes I know this is a well talked about subject but everyones situation is different and this is mine.I have been reading and listening and reading and watching and I am ready and looking for that first deal.I want to buy and hold, I am in Texas but intend to retire to Idaho so these are my main areas of concentration although, I always have an open mind.

I'm also in graduate school studying to obtain an MBA degree with a concentration in Human Resources, eyeing a spring 2016 graduation.

Is it worth it, or is the market to saturated for REO's in the region I want to concentrate on?
