@Cody Lewis is correct.str cleaning fees aren't even close- if a str on a low average with linen and cleaning service you will be 1k a month easy- average. if you can turn a month with 4 weekly cleanings in a 800k house with linens for $300- hook me up with that cleaner but honestly id be scared if em....

Hey @Tracy Ross, so I don't have anything there, but these sorts of things are pretty common across the board.Our cleaner will do much of what you state when they are going through the house.

The property is a fairly secluded cabin property located on a river so I believe it will have demand just wanted to see if anyone has experience with similar properties and I could use recommendations on cleaner/cleaning companies in the area.
