I myself just closed on a fixer and my partner really did a great job finding good comps that we want our project to aspire too.I was also worried about putting in too much improvement for no financial bonus money at the end.

These "Cities of Aspiration" aspire to be like "Superstar Cities" and included among them are Charlotte, San Antonio, Dallas, Austin, Phoenix, and Atlanta.In addition, in order to attract businesses and new jobs, these cities are also providing a low-cost of doing business, pro-growth tax policy, and therefore, they are enjoying strong population and job growth.

Bringing in new homes directly through the manufacturer with a program like the CASH Program from 21st Mortgage is likely the fastest way to achieve what you described above while achieving the consistent and clean/safe vibe you aspire to create.
