People buy Crypto all the time and have no idea what they are actually purchasing, hoping things go up (foolish).

Agree.However from all investors, there's nothing crazier than Microstrategy, this is the only company on earth that's accumulating crypto in their book and having more crypto as collateral.

I have an idea on what to do but was just curious to know how you handle these request or recommendations you have for streamlining this process. 2) I am looking to add a section to my lease regarding tenants contacting vendors directly.

Work hard at your job, then ask for a raise, start a side business - get really good at something, BUDGET - reduce your living costs and discontinue the non essentials, and stick to the budget, learn to invest and put every penny into something, whether stocks, crypto, or an index.

Likely handy to have that type of template regardless of current situation.Include me in to the group who are hoping for more streamlined, user friendly, calculator connected app.Lastly, Could the notification bell have a different color or something to signify mail in the inbox... might keep communication flowing a little better.thanks for the opportunity to 'share' my  3 wishes if the genie is listening :)

That's my mindset and why I invest heavily (more stocks/crypto up until recently) instead of paying off my student loans.

@Nathan G.Essentialism - Greg McKeown Basically about streamlining/decision making/increasing productivity, etc. while NOT giving yourself a mental breakdown.

We did qualify for a HARP and a FHA Streamline on 2 of them, going with the original lender, so those worked well.    

I have done two -203 k, one streamline and another full for about 55k.
